They are delivered ready, complete with linen, with cleaning and sanitizing on arrival and departure, change of towels mid-week.

All apartments are equipped with the latest generation appliances: electric hobs, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer in the bathrooms, satellite TV and WIFI without charge
. All floors are in natural terracotta.
EQUIPMENT OF THE RESIDENCE
Lift, ski storage, boot storage with boot dryer, open parking, relaxation center with sauna, Turkish bath and special invigorating shower available to each apartment for 40 minutes, upon reservation.
Services not included in the price: daily cleaning service.
ANIMALS
They are welcome, with a guarantee of good behavior and by reservation. A supplement of 50 Euro per week is charged. We point out the obligation to collect manure (also on the paths).
BOOKING CONDITIONS
A deposit of 30% is required. In case of cancellation, the deposit is refunded only if the apartment is re-rented under the same conditions.
